You do not have to be young, fit, or flexible to practice yoga; there are poses to suit every constitution, irrespective of age or physical condition. Yoga has a beneficial impact on tissues, ligaments, joints, nerves and helps tone the muscles. A weekly yoga practice reduces fatigue and stress of daily life. Make a commitment for self care and come to Linda’s class Tuesdays, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM.
