Health Within is a comprehensive Healing Arts Center offering acupuncture, chinese herbs, massage and more.  The peaceful, retreat-like setting is the perfect sanctuary for the Flow Yoga community.

Kathy is a licensed Acupuncturist and the property owner of Health Within.  You’ll often see her in class, feeding the llamas, working in the garden or riding the lawn mower!
