Anna

|
 |
Movement has been an integral part of Anna's life since an early age.
She is a student of yoga, modern dance, ballet & bellydance. She applies techniques she
learns from other movement classes to her yoga classes. Anna began teaching yoga in 2004.
As a way to balance work life, teaching became an outlet for her to be able to help &
support students in their health-related goals. She finds teaching an extremely
gratifying experience as she knows how teaching & practicing yoga can be a powerful
aid in improving lives. Anna teaches vinyasa classes with influences from Nicki Doane & Eddie Modestini, Baron
Baptiste, Shiva Rea. She has completed teacher training with
8 Limbs Yoga in Seattle, Baron Baptiste Level 1 & Level 2, and attends 3-week intensives annually with Nicki Doane in Maui.
Anna is deeply committed to helping students discover the true meaning, joy and freedom that the practice of yoga can bring into their daily lives. Her goal is to create a supportive environment and offer a range of techniques to address individual needs.

Georgina

|
 |
Georgina started practicing yoga in 1998. First introduced to Hatha Yoga in Argentina, later she fell in love with Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa classes when she moved to New York in 2000. Living in New York, later in Europe and now in Seattle offered her the possibility to experience other Yoga traditions: Sivananda, Ashtanga, Viniyoga, and Forrest Yoga.
Following her passion and commitment to her yoga practice, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at 8 Limbs Yoga Centers in April 2008 and now is enrolled for her 500 hour yoga teacher training with the same school. She has been teaching yoga at Flow Yoga of Redmond since November 2007.
Yoga is for her a wonderful way to learn more about yourself and this world. A great path to know, train and respect our bodies as well as to know and train our minds, open our hearts and enrich our spirits.
Being a massage therapist, she wants to bring to her classes awareness of the complex equilibrium between anatomy, posture, movement and health and transmit the marvel of the yoga teachings to the students assisting them in their search for growth and healing.
Georgina is available for massage on Thursdays and Saturdays. More info here.

Erica

|
 |
Erica's first experience with yoga taught her that, in addition to physical strength and flexibility, there was something deeper to be
gained from its practice. Erica began practicing yoga in 2001 and quickly realized she would be a student of yoga for a long time.
She received her 200 hour teacher training certification from the Ashtanga studio It's Yoga in San Francisco in 2003 and began
teaching right away. Erica also lived at the Integral Yoga Institute in San Francisco for six months where she learned their style of
yoga as well as meditation. Realizing the dynamic connection between mind and body, Erica also took a two year intensive meditation
program in San Francisco which aides her in helping her students quiet the mind and relax the body. Erica takes a holistic approach to
yoga incorporating meditation, asanas, breath work and relaxation into her classes. Her motto is: Have fun in the body and be peaceful
in the mind.
