Anna
Anna began teaching yoga in 2004 as a way to balance work life. Teaching became an outlet for her and she immediately loved supporting new students in their health-related goals. She applies techniques from her diverse experience in dance & GYROTONIC® to her yoga classes. Her goal is to create a supportive environment and offer a range of techniques to address individual needs.
Anna teaches vinyasa classes with influences from Nicki Doane & Eddie Modestini, Baron Baptiste and Shiva Rea. She completed teacher training with 8 Limbs Yoga in Seattle, Baron Baptiste Level 1 & Level 2, and 3-week intensives with Nicki Doane.
