Erika
Erika started her practice with Bikram yoga about 4 years ago. After practicing Bikram, Erika felt the classes weren’t freeing and exciting enough to make her continue working with this practice. After one particular class she passed out from the heat and decided she was ready to look for other ways to practice. Erika met Anna and started coming to her studio in the fall of 2007 and became hooked. She felt the freeing flowing movements of Power Vinyasa and Astanga flow was exactly what she was missing in her practice.
Erika is also an avid runner and feels yoga is an excellent balance between pounding the pavement on long runs and sitting in front of the computer for countless hours. Erika has found a natural balance with her yoga practice and continues to find strength and flexibility in her body with each and every class.
Erika is a certified Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher and enjoys working with expecting and new mothers to help them gain confidence and strength during and after their pregnancy.
