Linda

Linda’s yoga journey began twelve years ago as a way to achieve balance, harmony, and rejuvenation. Inspired by the art of teaching, Linda graduated from the 8 Limbs Yoga Centers Teacher Training in 2008 and is certified with Yoga Alliance. Linda trained in San Francisco and Seattle under many of the best teachers in Ashtanga Yoga and is continuing advance her yoga studies.

Ashtanga Yoga is an incredible and peaceful form of yoga, which helps us to strengthen our bodies and calm our minds. Her approach to teaching is gentle, but with a clear emphasizes on both physical and mental health.

Linda brings her diverse, caring, and knowledgeable background to each individual she meets. She adapts to each individuals practice so they can achieve poise and stability in the asana. Linda’s background in business allows her to identify with and fulfill her student’s needs to reduce stress and find balance in their lives through yoga.

When not practicing yoga, Linda loves to garden and cook. Her belief is that cooking should be based on the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients that are produced sustainably and locally. Linda loves to cook for her family and friends.
